We provided audio/visual design services for the new West Vancouver Community centre. The building is connected to the existing swimming pool, and includes two gymnasiums, several multi-use meeting and activity rooms, an aerobics room, a youth centre, and a lobby that can support large and small presentations and activities.

The building has an overall multizone paging system with each activity room being a zone that can be used independently for local events while centrally managing paging and background music.

The WVCC was a 2010 Olympic live site so the large screen display in the lobby allowed live winter Olympics events to be shown throughout the day, it is visible from many levels and locations in the lobby. There is another smaller display in the lobby used for digital signage content and local meetings with local laptop computer inputs.

The existing swimming pool sound system was upgraded to allow the two building sound systems to be interconnected for central paging and background music control.
